MORRISON, VELMA E. (ST. CLAIR), 85, passed away on May 30, 2014.
She was a retired teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools and a charter member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, James Morrison; her children, Timothy Morrison (Carla), Catherine Schaefer (Bob), and Daniel Morrison (Terri); seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3 - 8 p.m. Monday.
