Horton, Victor E. "Vic" View/Sign Guest Book Donate Now HORTON, VICTOR "VIC" E., 95, formerly of Louisville, passed away January 9, 2009 at Manor Care of Westerville in Westerville, OH. He was born in Cleveland, OH, and spent his formative years in Dover, England and Niagara Falls, Canada until he entered the Army. During his time in the Army, he served as a Sergeant during World War II. Victor enjoyed fishing and horseracing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie H. Horton. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Diday Boland (James, Jr.) of Westerville, OH; grandchildren, Jeffrey Diday (Cheryl) of Forest Hill, MD., Kevin Diday (Kate) of Columbus, OH.; great-grandchildren, Connor, Griffen, Kathryn, and Nora Diday. His service will be noon Monday, January 12, 2009 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Monday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
