Vida Jarboe

Jarboe, Vida View/Sign Guest Book JARBOE, VIDA, 87, beloved mother and Mammy, passed away Friday, May 9, 2008. Born in Taylor County, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Effie Parrott. She was a member of New Cut Road Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Jarboe; and a son, Harold C. Jarboe. She is survived by her children, Ronald L. Jarboe (Callie R.) and Paula Jo Lee (Rick); grandchildren, Brad Jarboe, Jody Brummett and Aaron Lee; great-grandchildren, Lauren and Emma Jarboe and Sara and Robbie Brummett; a brother, Paul Parrott of Lexington; and her special friend, Shorty. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
