She was born in Jefferson County, KY to Benjamin and Elsie M. (Trautwein) Gray.
She was retired from the "old" 1st National Bank and was of the Christian faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Donna Sharfe.
Survivors include a son and three sisters, including Virginia English; a host of grandchildren, including Kyle and Christopher Bailey; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. on Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Thursday.
