Wright, Virgie E. View/Sign Guest Book WRIGHT, VIRGIE E., 93, of Louisville, passed away Friday, March 21, 2008, at St. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Wright; and son, Delbert Wright. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Evans (David); seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Durward (Silovine) and Ray (Eva) Reynolds; sisters, Katherine Loy and Zella Judd; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Her funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and noon - 2 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association. Published in The Courier-Journal on 3/23/2008.
