Virginia Brooks

Brooks, Virginia J. Addams,102, of Louisville passed away Monday November 17, 2014 at Treyton Oak Towers.She was a member of Ralph Ave. Church of Christ and a longtime resident of Treyton Oak Towers.She was the former Virginia Micou, and preceded in death by her husband, Ted Brooks, and her first husband J.L. Adams, Sr. her parents William T. Micou, Sr. and Georgia Davidson Micou, sister, Sarah Louise Rake, brother, W.T. "Bill" Micou Jr.Survivors include her son, Jim Addams (Joyce), daughters Teddy Wonder, Phyllis Lundy, and Peggy Ritter. Her two granddaughters Susan Addams and Larissa Kiper, her great-granddaughter, Alexis Talley, and her brother, Freeman D. Micou.Funeral servic: noon Friday at Pearson's 149 Breckenridge Lane with private burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be noon-7 pm Thursday at Pearson's and 10 am Friday until time of service.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Treyton Oak Towers Employee Fund .
