Viirginia F. Garner, 83, passed away at home on Saturday April 6, 2013. She was born to the late Richard and Mary Ellen Banks Mills in Meade County, Kentucky on April 30, 1929.
She was also preceded in death by six siblings.
Virginia was a retired employee for Civil Service.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Virginia "Faye" Garner (Louis) along with one brother and five sisters. She will also be missed by grandchildren Latanja Garner and Lyshanna Cunningham (William, Sr.) and great-grandchildren, William Cunningham Jr., Matai Steen, and Talayeh Cunningham.
