HAMES, VIRGINIA "GINNY," 63, passed away Friday, June 3, 2011 at her home in Lakeland, FL.
She was born August 22, 1947 in Augusta, AR to Norman and Alice Hames.
Ginny moved to Lakeland area from Kentucky in 1982. She worked for Publix for nearly 30 years. She was a member and pianist of Grace Church in Lakeland.
Her survivors include her son, Josh Hollifield; two sisters, Martha "Marty" Berryman and Norma Haynes; and two grandchildren, Jonah and Annabelle Hollifield.
A committal service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
