Morrison, Virginia "Ginny" (Thomason) View/Sign Guest Book Donate Now MORRISON, VIRGINIA "GINNY" (THOMASON), 77, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009. She was a retired area supervisor for White Castle and a Methodist. She was preceded in death by her parents, William P. and Esther Thomason; brothers, James E. and Charles S. Thomason, and sisters, Mildred Thomason and Wilma Edwards. Survivors include her children, Sherrl J. Merlo and Phillip L. Morrison (Cindy); grandchildren, Chuck Merlo, Jennifer Colgan (Skip), Kenny Merlo (Mina) and Nicholas Morrison; great-grandchildren, Allison, Michele, Kiara, Kayleyn, Melanie, Andy and Jaileen; and her brother, Willie P. Thomason Jr. Funeral services will be noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2 8 p.m. Sunday.
