TABLER, VIRGINIA ELLEN (PACE), 81, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.
She was born in Louisville to Frank H. and Marian (Haynes) Pace Sr.
She was a member of Kenwood Heights Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, William W. Tabler.
Survivors include her children, Jacqueline A. May (Dennis) and Walter M. Tabler; four grandchildren, Rebecca May Vardan (Vinay), Nicholas Tabler (Laura), Barrett Tabler and Heather Tabler Fox (Ben); two great-grandchildren, Hanako and Hailey; a brother, Frank H. Pace Jr. (Jean); a half sister, Frances Schmidt; and special sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday. Online condolences to owenfuneralhome.com.
