Vivian Faye Hazelwood Twyman, 58 of Louisville went to Heaven on April 5, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her father James E. Hazelwood and brother James D. Hazelwood.
Remaining to cherish her memory is her mother Mary O. Hazelwood, her children, Melissa A. Twyman (Troy), Steven T. Twyman, and Erica N. Twyman, former husband, Paul S. Twyman and grandson, Zachary S. Twyman. She will also be missed by siblings, Anthony G. Hazelwood, Frederick R. Cote, Joyce M. Thompson, Marlene F. Hazelwood Roth, Beverly A. Neuwirth (Chris), sister-in-law, Jo Hazelwood along with several nieces and nephews.
