Vurl Hayse

Vurl D. Hayse Share E-mail Visit Guest Book HAYSE, VURL D., 88, of Louisville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Audubon Hospital surrounded by family.
He was a retired employee of Duff Transport, a member of Teamsters Local 89 and the former Mt. Calvary General Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Frances W. Hayse and his parents, Gilmon and Christion Hayse.
He is survived by his daughter, Sharon L. Witmer (Robert); sons, Carl D. Hayse (Clovis), Ron Hayse and Don L. Hayse (Kristy); brother, James E. Hayse (Margaret); six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
His service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday at Highlands.
