Wanda Higdon

Wanda S. Higdon, wife to the late Andrew Jackson Higdon, passed away at Baptist Healthcare on Wednesday May 30, 2018. She was born to the late Denton and Malta (Hazlett) Kelley in Whitesville, KY on July 6, 1938. She is also preceded in death by a daughter Melissa Rose Higdon-Ritter.
Wanda was a dedicated loving wife, mother, grandmother as well as a bookkeeper for multiple organizations. Many may remember her as the owner of Wallpapers by Wanda.
She is survived by children Andrea Lynn Devens (Tim), David Higdon (Jill), grandson Jacob Higdon, sister Betsy Knight, step-brother Norman Kelley, nieces , nephews, and her beloved dog CiCi.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 am until time of service.
