Wendell Howard

HOWARD, WENDELL E., 77, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013.

Wendell was a former employee of Brown & Williamson; a member of Lynnhurst United Church of Christ; the Torro Club; a Mason and owner of Wingait Stables.

He was preceded in death by a son, Wendell Christian "Chris" Howard and his first wife, Phyllis Klein Howard, and a brother, Doug Howard.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Ralph Howard; a son, Bruce A. Howard (Laura); grandson, Sean Howard; granddaughter, Taylor Howard and stepson Wayne Jorris; sisters, Lou Demunbrun and Charlotte Jackson as well as a brother, Steve Howard.

His funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 10, 2013 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road. Burial will follow the service in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
