Starr Jr., Wesley "Wes" View/Sign Guest Book STARR, WESLEY "WES" JR., 57, native of West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. He was a retired auto mechanic and served in the Navy reserves. He is survived by his parents, Wesley Starr, Sr. and Lois J. (Clark) Chappell; children, Timothy Brian, Jeremy Dwayne, Ashley Marie, and Brandon Lee Starr; sister, Melody Matteson (Harold). Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
