Bickett, William E. "Bill" View/Sign Guest Book BICKETT, WILLIAM E. "BILL," 74, of Louisville passed away Monday, September 17, 2007. He was a retired employee of L & N Railroad and a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Venal Bickett. Survivors include his daughters, Debbie Foley (Roger) and Tina Reinhold (Dennis); two grandsons, Jeremy and Travis Foley; his brother, Paul Bickett (Donna); nephews, Kevin and Kerry Bickett; stepchildren, Butch, Ricky and Dennis Risinger, Beverly Miller, Pam Parker, Toni DeWeese, Donna Dorton and Judy Motherhead; 18 stepgrandchildren; and 23 stepgreat-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4 -8 p.m. Wednesday.
