William Chandler

William Kenneth Chandler "The Dirt Man", 83, loving husband to Shirley Baker Chandler, passed away at home on Sunday November 17, 2013. He was born to the late Pleasant Carl and Mary Otis Bowman Chandler in Louisville on October 29, 1930.
He is also preceded in death by siblings; Virginia, Bud, Elmira, and Marion.
After 32 years he retired as a fireman oiler from National Distillery and was owner/operator of Bill Chandler Excavating Company. He was a member of Beechland Baptist Church and Local 320 Fireman/Oilers Union.
Besides his wife of 58 years he is survived by his children; Michael Todd (Lesli), Kathy Jo, and Terry Lin Chandler (Lisa) along with his grandchildren; Christopher, Stacey, Melissa, Brandon (Meagan) Chandler and one great-grand child; Kaedyn Elise.
Visitation and services will be private.
