William Herps Jr

HERPS WILLIAM C. JR., 83, passed away August 30, 2013. He was a retired technician at South Central Bell and an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Dru Dean Herps. He is survived by his daughter, Angela Herps (Neal Spitzer); sons, William (Kim) and Norman Herps (Darlene); grandchildren, Jonathan (Nicole), Jennifer, Heather and Lindsey; great-grandchildren, Savana and Nate; brothers, Joe and Ted Herps (Martha); and sisters, Mary Fletcher (Bob), Betty Flynn (Paul) and Rita Peresie (Bob). His funeral will be held noon Wednesday at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Tuesday
