William Newton

William Thomas "Billy" Newton, 64, passed away at Taylor Regional Hospital on February, 7, 2014. He was born on April 23, 1949 in Lebanon, KY to the late Pearman and Thelma Wilkerson Newton.
Previously he was a mechanic for Yellow Cab; he attended Summersville Baptist Church and on January 2, 2014 he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. He was an avid NASCAR fan especially Dale Earnhart, he loved to work on vintage cars, and was a huge UK sports fan.
Billy is survived by the love of his life and best friend, Marcia Winn, along with children; Scott Newton, David and Steven Winn. He also leaves to cherish his memory his siblings; Estil Wilkerson (Mary Lou), Priscilla Toler, and Joyce Swihart, grandchildren; Hope and Belle and 3 great-grandchildren, 5 nephews, 2 nieces, a host of family and friends and especially his "Furry Babies", Brandy Jo and Windy.
