William Pannell

PANNELL, WILLIAM "BILL" JR., passed away February 28, 2014. He was a retired Civil Engineer for The Kentucky Department of Transportation and a Kentucky Colonel. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Pannell. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Schuble-Pannell; sons, Bill Pannell (Rene-Luder) and Ron Pannell (Glenda Barnes); daughters, Rhonda Pannell-Coffey (Mark) and Holly Pannell-Gritton (Mark); sisters, Marty Goff (Dawn) and Betty Kline (Dave); grandchildren, Heather, Crystal, Lauren, Travis, and Dana; great-grandchildren, Kyrie and Maya. A celebration of his life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Shamrock Foundation or the Arrow Fund.
