William (Bill), F. Scharre, Jr., 87, passed away Wednesday January 14, 2015 surrounded by his family.
He was preceded in death by parents, William and Stella Kundert Scharre, siblings; Doris Tucker, Phyllis Vogelsberg, David Scharre and granddaughter, Becky Wahl.
Bill retired from Bell South after 33 years.
Left to cherish his memory include his wife of 62 years, Mildred (Hutchins) Scharre, daughter, Linda Wahl (Larry), sons; Bruce and Brian Scharre, grandson, Ricky Wahl, granddaughter, Lisa Wahl, and great-granddaughter Carter Jett Ash.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Carter Jett Ash Education Fund, 4243 Regina Ave., Louisville, KY 40213.
