He is survived by his wife, Mary Thompson; children, William Thompson (Pat), Barbara Lands, Janis Mays, James Hinton (Rhonda), Brenda Woulfe (Thomas), Judy Settle (Jim), and Debbie Gassman (Denny); 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2007 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
