WATKINS, WILLIAM C. "BILL," 89, passed away September 8, 2013. He was retired from CSX Railroad and an Air Force veteran of World War II. He was preceded by his children, Sandra Kay and Terry Lee Watkins. Survivors: his beloved wife of 61 years, Sarah (Keene) "Billie" Watkins; grandsons, Mick and Nigel Watkins; and great grandson, Grayson Watkins. Funeral: noon Wednesday, Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 1-6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Expressions: WHAS Crusade for Children -
