Willie Magers

MAGERS, WILLIE M., 88, of Crestwood, returned to his Heavenly Father, Sunday, May 11, 2008. Willie was a retired brick mason, a 49-year member of the Pewee Valley Masonic Lodge 829; serving as past master, an Army veteran of World War II and a dedicated member of Crestwood United Methodist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 59 1/2 years, the former Louise Scroggins; his daughter, Judy Murray (Bob); son, Ronnie Magers (Sandi); nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grand-children. Visitation will be Wednesday, 4-8 p.m. at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood. The funeral service will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Crestwood United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Expressions of sympathy may be made in memory of Willie to CUMC building fund or Hosparus
