She was retired from the old Whip Mix Factory.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Lafe Thomas Fothergill; and brother, William Culver.
Survivors include her friends and caretakers, Dianna and David Goff, David and Nicole Goff and Brittany Goff; and sister-in-law, Jean Hammond Culver.
Graveside service: 10a.m. Tuesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences to www.owenfuneralhome.com
