Ruby Jones

Jones, Ruby Mae View/Sign Guest Book JONES, RUBY MAE, 87, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2007. She was the former Ruby Mae Sams, a native of Corbin, KY; and a member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, John Daniel Jones; her brothers, Oscar E. and Homer L. Sams and a sister, Ruth P. Wilkerson. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Ann McElroy; son, Roy A. Jones; grandchildren, Ruby Ann Ellison and her husband, Jason, Lurinda Ann Grissett and her husband, Michael, Lisa Diane Jones and Jeremy Daniel Jones; great-grandchildren, Emily Mae Grissett and John Daniel Grissett. Funeral services: 1 p.m. Wednesday July 11, 2007 O.D. White & Sons, 2727 South Third Street with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Mausoleum. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church.
