DE LA CRUZ, BEVERLY ANN (JAGGERS), 64, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013.
She retired as a customer service associate for BellSouth.
She is survived by her sons, Anthony Wayne Jaggers (Michelle) and Victor De La Cruz III (Diana); brothers, Norval Ray, George Curtis and Ricky Wayne Jaggers; sisters, Wanda Lee Dowell, Sharon Kay Wells and Brenda Sue Scott; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Her service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Komen for the Cure.
