Lowen Jr., Clarence Urban "Fuzz" View/Sign Guest Book LOWEN, CLARENCE "FUZZ" URBAN JR., 82, of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 19, 2009. He was a retired salesman for General Rubber and Plastics, a World War II Army veteran, member of Dixie Post 220 and a member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ. He is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years, Angilee Siewert Lowen; son, Michael Siewert Lowen (Arnette), of Evans, GA; daughter, Sharon Lowen Mudd (Eddie); grandchildren, Codie Lowen Mudd, Jessie Mudd, Michelle Angilee Hecker (Greg), of Ashburn, VA; sisters, Mary Martha Marshall (Ernest) and Billy O'Neal (Charlie); sister-in-law, Clara Lowen Hermanson; brothers-in-law, Stanley Siewert and Alvin Siewert, of Elgin, TX; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation is 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway and 9 a.m. Friday at St. Stephen United Church of Christ, 1875 Farnsley Road, with service to follow at 10 a.m. Memorial gifts may be made to his church in lieu of flowers.
