Deborah L. Roberts, 55, passed away Wednesday March 19, 2014 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was born to the late Theodore Irwin and Janet Vert Roberts on May 6, 1958 in Regensburg, Germany.
Debbie was an electrical engineer, a member of Valley Women's Club and the alumni associations for U of L and Speed School and she also was a volunteer for Metro United Way.
She is survived by her sister, Carolyn Roberts, brother Dale Roberts and wife Esther, step-father Philip Muir, Jr., and step-sister, Pam Zollman. She will also be missed by her aunts, Elaine Vert and Elizabeth Potter.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 153 Thierman Lane, Louisville, KY 40207 or jdrf.org.
