Dorothy Hudson

Dorothy E. Hudson, 91, wife to the late James C. Hudson, passed away peacefully at home on January 27, 2017, surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Monty and Mary Howard Spratt on January 2, 1926 in Hodgenville, Kentucky.
She retired as a machine operator from Phillip Morris after 42 years of service.
She is also preceded in death by a sons, Randell and Larry Perry, daughter, Jamie Hudson, siblings, Marlene Berry, Lucille Whitlock, Thomas "Spike" Spratt.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Garry Perry, granddaughter, Leslie Perry, great-grandchildren, Charles and Matthew Howard along with brothers, "WE" Spratt (Bernice), Norman Spratt (Joan) and sister Winnie Shive.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Crusade for Children.
