Jones, James R. "Jimmy" View/Sign Guest Book JONES, JAMES, "JIMMY" R., 79, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2008 at St. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He worked for Con Agra Foods, was a US Army Veteran, a member of Plum Masonic Lodge # 862 F.& A. M. and a member of Larchmont Church of God. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Faye S. Jones; children, Debbie Gay (Chuck), Steven Jones (Lisa), and Christy Jones (Richie); seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson; and brothers, Clarence (Imogene) and Duluth (Lillie) Jones. His funeral service will be noon Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to American Bible Society and/or WHAS Crusade for Children. Published in The Courier-Journal on 3/18/2008.
