Martha Corbett, 85, passed away at home Wednesday December 3, 2014. She was born to the late Fred Michael and Regina Taylor Schmidt in Louisville on May 19, 1929.
She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and worked in retail for many years with Woolco and Value City.
She is survived by her children; Beverley Skaggs (Jimmy), Sandra Allen (Don), Dennis Corbett (Cindy), Dale Corbett (Tina), and Pam Tabor. She will also be missed by her 22 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and two brothers; Harry Schmidt (Janet) and Lonnie Schmidt (Sandra).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Hosparus of Louisville, P O Box 35425, Louisville, KY 40232-9892 or her church Bethlehem Baptist Church, 5703 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40219.
