DIEBOLD, MCKENZIE, 19, of Louisville, was taken home to our Heavenly Father unexpectedly following a short illness on December 27, 2010.

She was born in Louisville on November 19, 1991. McKenzie was artistic, creative, funny, playful and mischievous. She loved children and the elderly, was fiercely loyal to family and friends, had a gift for making others smile and laugh and she enjoyed a good argument. McKenzie was a self-taught hair stylist. In the past few years, she was able to earn her GED, start school at JCC to become a nurse, ride a horse, rock climb and repel, perform a hip hop dance, travel to Utah, hike in the mountains and complete a 5K run. McKenzie gave birth to her daughter, Tyease Nicole Coleman on December 3, 2010. The last 3 weeks have been the happiest McKenzie has ever been. She loved her baby and her fiancé, Vincent. McKenzie showed she could do anything she needed to do to be a loving mother to her baby. There was so much to this beautiful girl that we never got to know.

McKenzie was preceded in death by her doting grandfather, Anthony Pusateri.

She is survived by her daughter, Tyease Nicole Coleman; fiancé, Vincent Coleman; mother, Gina Pusateri (Scott Gadlage); father, Ronald Diebold (Denise); sisters, Danielle (P. J. Parham), Kristen (Jeremy Carillo) and nieces and nephew, Naveah, Braelyn and Aniyah Diebold, Jayden Carillo; stepbrothers, Jeremy and Logan Sears; grandmother, Norma Pusateri; aunts, Vicki Pusateri and Shery Mivelaz (Mark); uncles, Jimmy Baker (Cynthia), Doug (Pat), Rick Diebold, Tim (Mary) and Paul Devine. Her extended family consists of great-aunt, Rosie, numerous cousins and friends. She was loved by everyone who knew her.

Her funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial on Thursday at 1 p.m. in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tyease Nicole Coleman Fund c/o the funeral home.
