She is survived by her two sisters, Teresa L. Davis and Dianna L. Bohannon; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral service celebrating Thelma's life will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Family and friends may visit 1-8 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers family has asked memorial gifts be made to Louisville Memorial Gardens.
